Peng Chuantao, associate professor, postgraduate supervisor, Mount Taishan industrial leading talent, high-level talents introduced from the "Special Support Program" of Qingdao Agricultural University, director of Shandong Special Food Collaborative Innovation Center, chief scientist of the "Youth Innovation Platform" of Qingdao Agricultural University, and chairman of Qingdao Yuanda Biotechnology Co., Ltd.PhD from the University of Copenhagen in Denmark, postdoctoral fellow at the Key Laboratory of Dairy Biotechnology and Engineering of the Ministry of Education. Dedicated to research in the fields of metabolites of lactic acid bacteria and yeast, development and preparation technology of functional epigenetic elements, and functional mechanisms of epigenetic elements, currently leading 8 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, participating in 4 national key research and development projects, and publishing 32 SCI and other papers. Has successively won the titles of Shandong Province High level Talents, Qingdao City High level Talents, and China in 2023 Gold Award of Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, 2023 China Honorary titles such as second place in the global finals of the Qingdao International Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
